At BXB Fight Lab, we are making it our mission to inspire the youth to get involved in physical activity and learn about their body’s capability, both physically and mentally, through martial arts.

All children aged 12+ are able to join our daily classes in Muay Thai. However, our Kids Muay Thai classes start as young as 4 years old and run 3 times a week.  Through martial arts, children learn important skills such as discipline, resilience, respect for themselves and others, and teamwork. Additionally, they gain from the physical benefits of strength, endurance, coordination, body awareness and more.
