Yes, our BJJ and Western Boxing trainers speak fluent English.  Our Muay Thai instructors speak varying levels of English. No, the flight is not included in our Bootcamp or training camp packages at BXB Fight Lab. Participants are responsible for arranging and covering the cost of their own travel to and from Thailand. Our packages focus on providing comprehensive training, accommodation (for all-inclusive camps), and meals (for semi-inclusive and all-inclusive camps), but the flight expenses must be managed separately by each participant. We recommend booking your flights well in advance to secure the best rates and ensuring your travel arrangements align with the start and end dates of your chosen training program. Once you arrive at Koh Samui airport we can organise a transfer to your accommodation for a small fee (if it is not included in your package).

BXB Fight Lab grew out of Koh Fight.  Some of the previous owners didn’t want to grow BXB into the best training facility and wanted to leave the business.  One of the previous owners wanted to keep the name Koh Fight for a future business.  So some of the reviews are from when BXB Fight Lab was still called Koh Fight.  They have moved on, and those that remain are making something amazing focusing on providing the best experience, community and training that we can. We are at the same location with the same great team that those reviews were written about, so we decided to keep them up.

Fighters Bootcamps

Depending on your package, you will receive two or three personal training sessions per week.  Muay Thai includes 3 per week, whereas Boxing and BJJ includes 2 per week.

– 7:30 AM – 10:00 AM: Group Classes (Muay Thai, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, or Western Boxing).  Muay Thai and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu run for 1.5 hours, while Western Boxing runs for an hour in the morning.

 

Personal Training Sessions:

Classes and Personal Training Sessions: 

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before receiving a full refund or rescheduling without penalty. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled session will not be refunded.

 

Bootcamps and Training Camps: 

  – More than 30 days before start date: Full deposit refund.

  – 15-30 days before start date: 50% deposit refund.

  – Less than 15 days before start date: Deposit is non-refundable.

Policies and Rules

We maintain a strict no-drug policy on site and moderate alcohol consumption is allowed during designated times and areas within the camp.  Marijuana is legal in Thailand at the moment and you are an adult.  However please consider how marijuana and alcohol will affect your training.  Other, illegal drugs are not tolerated, and police will be contacted if you are found to be in possession of them.

We expect all participants to maintain respectful behavior towards staff and fellow participants. Detailed conduct rules are provided upon arrival.

Yes, but please respect the privacy of others and avoid disrupting classes. We also have designated times for media sessions.

Depending on the severity of the rule violation, consequences can range from a warning to expulsion from the camp without a refund.
