Open Mat Area
Our Open Mat Area offers a large, versatile space for various martial arts practices, drills, and free training sessions.
Cafe
Our onsite café serves delicious coffee, smoothies, protein shakes, prepackaged meals, and healthy snacks for your convenience and refreshment.
Ice Baths
We have three dedicated ice baths available 3 times a week to help recovery after training sessions.
